» Children of all ages are welcome at O Bona Moremi Lodge and on the Luxury Delta Excursions House Boat.
» O Bona Explorer Camp: children 12+ yrs only.
» 3rd beds are not possible so parents will need to split to share with children.
» Standard room / tent / cabin – maximum 2 adults.
» Families with Children under 6 years must book a private vehicle
» Child over 13 yrs pays full adult rate.
» When 1 adult and 1 child between 2–12 yrs sharing, child pays child rate

CANCELLATION POLICY
» 20% non-refundable deposit on confirmation
» 60 days or less from date of travel – 50% cancellation charge

Accommodation

The camp features up to five en-suite safari tents, each 24m² and equipped with:

  • Two comfortable single beds
  • Cupboard with hangers and side tables
  • En-suite open-air bathroom with flush toilet, washbasin, and bucket shower

The tents open directly onto the wild—letting the bush in from sunrise to starlight.

The central dining tent includes:

  • Coffee and tea station
  • Cold beverages
  • Charging points for cameras and phones

O Bona Explorer is a fully serviced mobile safari camp that moves through Botswana’s premier wilderness areas like Moremi, Savuti, and Chobe. It offers a private, immersive safari experience in remote, wildlife-rich landscapes.

How is it different from a lodge?

Unlike a permanent lodge, the mobile camp is set up specifically for your safari route. It allows you to explore multiple regions, following wildlife and seasonal movements – with all the comfort of a bush camp and none of the crowds.

What kind of tents are provided?

You’ll stay in a 24m² en-suite safari tent, furnished with:

Two single beds

Cupboard, side tables, and storage

Private open-air bathroom with a bucket shower, washbasin, and flush toilet

Tents are spacious and simple, offering comfort while keeping you close to nature.

How many people can the camp host?

The camp can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 tents, making it ideal for small groups, families, or couples seeking privacy and flexibility.

Is there electricity and charging?

Yes – the camp is solar-powered and has charging stations in the dining tent for cameras and phones. There is no Wi-Fi or mobile signal, so it’s the perfect time to unplug.
