DAY 1 | ARRIVAL IN KHWAI
Nestling on the boundary between the legendary Moremi Game Reserve and the Khwai Wildlife concession, you enjoy access to some of Botswana’s best wildlife viewing with both land and water-based activities as well as the opportunity to experience the lifestyle of an original local community in the heart of Big Game Country.
After a casual lunch and a traditional High Tea you set out on an extended Game Drive in an open Safari Vehicle with your experienced field guide. Thrill to elephant, lion, leopard, cheetah, buffalo, plains game and wild dog sightings – all culminating in a romantic sundowner.

DAY 2 - 3 | BOTSWANAS BEST
You are in the heart of one of Botswana’s most rewarding wildlife regions, where the rhythm of the bush shapes each day. From first light to starlight, every moment brings you closer to the wild.
Each day includes two immersive safari activities, with the option of a peaceful mokoro excursion along a tributary of the Khwai River – a serene and intimate way to explore the delta’s waterways.
Your day begins with the soft light of dawn and a light breakfast, before heading out on a morning game drive or mokoro trip as the bush comes to life. After returning to camp, enjoy a hearty brunch and time to rest – perhaps with a book or simply watching elephants wander by.
High tea marks the start of the afternoon adventure, followed by a game drive that blends into golden hour and a classic bush sundowner. As night falls, continue into the dark for a guided night drive, where nocturnal creatures begin to stir. Return to camp for a delicious dinner under the stars – and stories by the fire.

DAY 4 | DEPART OR STAY A LITTLE LONGER
After a quiet morning and one last coffee with a view, it’s time to prepare for departure. But if you’re not quite ready to leave the wild behind, why not extend your stay? Whether it’s another night under the stars or a few more game drives, we’re happy to make it happen. And if today is goodbye – then it’s only goodbye for now.

» Rates are quoted per person per night – in US Dollars
» Rates are subject to change without notice e.g. – park fees, government taxes
PAYMENT POLICY
» All confirmations and Cancellations to be made in writing.
» 50% deposit payable on confirmation.
» Final payment: 50% due 30 days prior to travel.
» All bank transfers are to be received free of bank charges.
CHILD POLICY
» Children of all ages are welcome at O Bona Moremi Lodge and on the Luxury Delta Excursions House Boat.
» O Bona Explorer Camp: children 12+ yrs only.
» 3rd beds are not possible so parents will need to split to share with children.
» Standard room / tent / cabin – maximum 2 adults.
» Families with Children under 6 years must book a private vehicle
» Child over 13 yrs pays full adult rate.
» When 1 adult and 1 child between 2–12 yrs sharing, child pays child rate
CANCELLATION POLICY
» 20% non-refundable deposit on confirmation
» 60 days or less from date of travel – 50% cancellation charge
» 30 days or less from date of travel – 100% cancellation charge
ACCESS
» Mack Air rates available on request for all air strips.
» Road Transfers available from Maun to respective properties on request.
» Maun – O Bona Moremi, 4.5 hr depending on season, self drive possible, 4×4 only.
